I had the pleasure working with Sebastian at HERMANN'S (Bahlsen Innovation Spin-off). As someone very passionate about sustainable business development, he helped crafting the #NewMittelstand strategy for the new Bahlsen leadership. In a very dynamic environment of a family company in transition, he was always able to structure complex information. Being persistent in implementation and carrying through of concepts and structures is probably one of his core "superpowers". Sebastian has shown a strong sense of responsibility and attention to the detail and was always a good team player, driving transparent communication style and joint reflection.

Sebastian co-founded Better Earth as a Partner for Business Transformation. Together with our partners we walk the corridor between idealism and pragmatism. Idealism, to create a good life for all within planetary boundaries; and entrepreneurial pragmatism, to create profitable businesses bringing this aspiration to life. www.betterearth.partners Sebastian co-founded Better Earth as a Partner for Business Transformation. ABOUT HERMANN’S is the Bahlsen Family‘s vehicle for shaping a Good Future of Food. It is instrumental in answering the question of how the food system will develop in the long term, and how the Bahlsen Family will position themselves in this context. To this end, HERMANN’S was devised as an interface between the global food movement and the industry. The Bahlsen Family hired me to build and lead an innovation strategy consultancy practice under the roof of HERMANN’S. Our mission was to turn established food “Mittelstand” companies in different categories into economically successful drivers of a Good Future of Food.
