    • 3D Printer Operator/ Solidworks designer/ Warehouse Receiver
      • May 2021 - Present

At Skybolt Aeromotive, I am the warehouse receiver as well as the lead for our 3d printing departments and I work in a team to design parts to be printed and machined for both prototyping and final product purposes. Once parts are manufactured in our shop they are brought to me to verify count, receive into inventory and bring out to the warehouse floor. An important part of my job is the paperwork that follows each part from their inception all the way to when they reach our customer. When a job is requested I make the traveler that follows the part around the shop floor. I also verify that the correct material is being used as well as making sure proper procedure is followed. I have completed the SOLIDWORKS essentials class and using the skills I learned I produce the 3D models of our newest parts that I then use to create blueprints for our machinists to follow. Often I'll use our 3d printer to quickly test and prototype parts to prove out concepts and minimize wasted time. Show less

As an internet fulfillment associate, I was primarily responsible for quickly filling internet orders as well as keeping the internet fulfillment room clean and orderly. I also stepped in to fill a variety of roles as needed such as loading cars for customers, ringing customers out and helping customers find what they needed as I would travel the store filling my customers orders. While working at Lowes I was a part time employee working in the seasonal department which specialized in outdoor power equipment during the summer and indoor heating during the winter. As a sales associate I used my product knowledge and my problem solving skills to work together with the customer and my fellow employees to come up with a solution within their price range. I often cross trained and gained knowledge of the other departments as needed. I was trained in the use of sit down and standup fork trucks as well as an order picker with which I interacted with the warehouse side of the store. Show less
