"Ridiculously focused, committed and efficient" are the first traits I think of as I write about Schuyler. I had the pleasure of working with Schuyler for the past couple of years as a colleague and then as his manager. Since I've been working with Schuyler he has focused his useful collection of skills and ability on a variety of highly important and technically complex international development programs utilizing his expertise in climate change adaptation, natural resources management and biodiversity. Schuyler's ability to juggle multiple tasks, while digging deep and from alternative angles to analyze the issues whether it be a technical approach, business development opportunity, or project implementation, stood out. I was particularly impressed at how Schuyler brought to bear his ensemble of PMD-Pro training, GIS, Miradi, Google Apps and language skills (fluent in French and Spanish!) on the tasks he was working on. All of this, in addition to being a great writer and self, adaptable starter, are traits that are rare to find in one professional, much less a few! Without reservation, Schuyler would be a thoughtful asset to any team. Rich Rapier

I had the pleasure to work with Schuyler from September 2010 to July 2011, whom I hired as a communication assistant at the Sino-European School of Technology in Shanghai. He created and managed multilingual multimedia presentations (including videos) of our engineering school, translated official documents from French to English, and provided several forms of assistance and support to our international students in their job seeking process. He is an extremely talented, creative guy with strong multicultural skills, making it a real pleasure to work with him. He is also a quick learner and a good listener. What I enjoyed most was the way he was able to identify a problem independently and solve it by himself. Technically speaking, he has a strong grasp of multimedia technologies (animated presentations, video interviews, storytelling, video editing, writing) and has great communication skills (both written and oral) in English, French and Chinese. Always goal-driven and people-focused, Schuyler loves to succeed and does so with humility. He always provided the best I would expect as manager. He was highly appreciated by all his colleagues for his perfect integration into our multicultural team. He is really someone with great personality and talents, high adaptability and great potential. I recommend him highly.
