-Developpement of the FBD library on Codesys for industrial automation of conveyor blocks. Developement of conveyor programs with M251(PLC-Schneider motion controller) in connection with AS-i gateway Functional specification and risk analysis. Modification of already existing project with Schneider M258 and LXM32 speed controllers.The conveyor system with the bin catapulting system is already installed on 3 postal-sorting machines.- Tests of security systems for Soly robots with SICK safety PLC and inductive sensors - International mission 10/06-30/08 Italy( Bologna, Ostia). Integration of the new postal-sorting machine and robots. Electrical and functionnal debugging of industrial/safety PLCs, PCBs, electrical cabinets with oscilloscope, plc web-server as well as logging.- Developpement of sizing tools on Matlab&Simulink to help electrical engineers at Solystic with the choice of electric motors. Developpement of 3d conceptual tools that enable to make solid objects defined by math equations using patches and exporting them as stl file.The simulink/matlab as well as IHMs programs are used to size motors, and draw complex shapes like spirals that are not designed to be drawn by CAD tools.-Developing the graphical interface on Java, to communicate and launch C-programs on the PCBs and microcontrollers developed at Solystic.
