From beginning to end, it’s apparent that Sara Waskow has carefully curated and crafted a customer journey that yields fruitful results. What made my experience with Sara pleasant was her desire to learn who I am and what I want. Through diagnostic exams, risk assessments, and numerous phone conversations Sara spent a lot of time understanding me. This ultimately led to her presenting me with three franchises that fit my interests, investment criteria, workstyle, and more. When the time came to pick one business to go with Sara equipped me with questions that helped me get enough info to decide whether to continue learning about said franchise or cut ties. The end result was me joining an enterprise that met all of my investment criteria, checked all the boxes on my preferred work environment and other intangible desires I didn’t realize was important to me prior to meeting Sara. Another competitive advantage Sara has is her extensive network. When I engaged Sara the agreement was that she would help me find a franchise. However, she went beyond that and provided me with connections that have been extremely helpful for getting my business off the ground. Take for instance the bank I use for my business. It has been a superb partner in helping me get started on the financial aspects of my business. Had it not been for Sara I wouldn’t have this connection. The CPA who helped me file my business was by way of Sara. Electricians, commercial brokers, and more who have also helped me start my business have been connections by way of (you guessed it) Sara.
