Jigsaw’s mantra is to treat each new project as an individual entity, providing fresh perspective to domestic residential design. We see the project from the viewpoint of both the developer and the purchaser, and we champion both form and functionality; this allows for a seamless build process that maximises investment and provides the buyer with a high-end product that exceeds expectations and meets the demands of modern living.Predominantly designing high-end show homes for developers both on the South Coast and in London, with the occasional private client, I have held a key role within Jigsaw for over 2 and a half years with several successful projects. I work on these projects from concept to completion as either a team player or as lead designer. My expertise and role includes; developing interior design concepts, space planning, client liaison & issuing budgets and quotes, organising the installations team. With a high level of responsibility, I have developed my client and supplier communications, project management skills and have been given freedom to develop projects in a direction of my choice.

    • Intern
      • Dec 2013 - Feb 2014

Whilst hugely improving my organisational skills through use of Excel on a daily basis, I was involved in the ordering processes for Show Homes, covering all aspects from fabrics to furniture. Throughout my Intern position, I also had the pleasure of dipping and diving in to an array of projects, aiding other members of staff with their current projects. Being able to offer my fresh AutoCAD, photoshop and general design skills was a fantastic welcome to the industry and a great confidence boost.

A two week placement which I thoroughly enjoyed. I contributed towards producing concept images of furniture and design schemes for a presentation to the client for the Cannon Street Station project, mostly through using SketchUp, photoshop and rendering programs. Experienced first hand the dynamics of a working office and had the pleasure of meeting some inspirational people. A two week placement which I thoroughly enjoyed.
