  I provide short or long term therapy depending on your individual needs. This is a personal choice and there is no obligation for you to stay any longer than you feel is necessary or that you can cope with. I work with young people (11+) and adults. As well as my private practice I have also volunteered in an agency setting counselling children, young people and adults and did so for some years. I have experience of working within a variety of areas including: - Family issues, relationships, self-harm, bullying, stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, OCD, anger issues, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, domestic violence, divorce, school issues, Bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their code of ethics and good practice. I receive regular clinical supervision ensuring that ethical and safe practice is maintained. I am committed to on going Continued Professional Development (CPD).
