I had the pleasure of working with Sara during the recruitment and interview phase of a user research study at Nationwide. I spent over 500 hours shadowing Sara while she provided phone support to retirement plan customers. She consistently displayed knowledge of the complex subject-matter and handled each caller’s issue with respect, empathy and authority. Between calls, she patiently answered my endless stream of questions about the Retirement Plans landscape and the Solution Center processes. She truly embodies the Nationwide values of being customer-focused and working as one team. With each pivot the project recruiting methodology underwent, Sara flawlessly adapted to changes. Throughout the project, she successfully recruited several customers who proved invaluable to the study. She clearly has a genuine interest in improving the customer experience and frequently shared with me her own insights and ideas. I have truly valued getting to know her as a talented colleague, and it is with heartfelt enthusiasm that I recommend her to other roles where she can apply her business knowledge with her passion for helping customers to benefit others across Nationwide.

Dear Sir or Madame, With regard to my work relationship with Sara Hundley, I am the manager of the Bowling Green Engineering Department that in part functions with a group of top notch engineering students from local colleges and universities. It is in this role that I have had the pleasure to work with Sara. Sara came to A-Gas in June of 2016 as the assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources and through hard work and dedication she was able to accomplish much more than what one would expect from an assistant. Her thoroughness and thoughtfulness combined with her ability to take on more than she can handle; and handle it, earned her the title People & Culture Ambassador and a lot of respect from the employees at A-Gas. I personally found her to be absolutely amazing! Sara would spend an inordinate amount of time understanding my specific need for an intern based on work load and required skill sets and would conduct phone screens and accompany me at university career fairs and other student development functions to recruit onsite. Then she would prepare offer letters, initiate the background screening process, and manage the onboarding process of the new hires. Sara has passion for human development type work and it shows, but the best part for me is how Sara goes about her business with poise and maturity that stretches well beyond her youthful years. I can respectively say that Sara is a bit of an
