Coordinate the whole recruitment process with help of outsourced man power consultants and with HO. Check availability of the concerned HOD and others for arranging the interview. Shortlist them get the online assessments and reference checks done. Prepare fitment done of the shortlisted candidate and arrange the final interview with Directors/ CMD. Arrange the Induction Training of new comers as per HOD and Sr. Manager HR and keep track of feedback from the candidate regarding the same. Hand over the Appointment letter and Offer letter and facilitate all the joining requirements, issue circular for information to all on joining the organization. Factory services and industrial relation Coordinate the daily requirements of casual workers as per the demand of the production /works manager and supply them with approved labour supplier. To scruitinse the bill of contractor with approved contract rates and process for release of payment To book the Hotel of Guest as per their entitlement with prior approval. To deploy Ashok & other housekeeping for upkeep of the office and factory surrounding cleaning, improvement and garden works. To keep track of the Fire Extinguishers to be kept ready with refilling and its arrangement. To check the canteen requirement and fulfil as per approval. Review and Renewal maintenance of AMC of R O Plant, Savoir Machine, EPBAX and guestrooms. Go and meet the workers on their work station, maintain a good approachable relation with all the workers.
