Ryan has the incredible ability to inspire his peers with his unrelenting work ethic. It amazes me that such a young individual has such a matured dedication to his job, life, and family. I am honoured to have lived with this man for a year an a half. To any organization looking at Ryan's amazing profile - hire this guy, you will never regret it.

Ryan is an inspiring young journalist who is passionate about his career. Over the year Ryan worked on the game operations team, he was the first one in the door and the last to leave. He is very detailed oriented and was a pleasure to have on the team. As Hockey Team Lead, Ryan would bring forth different ideas on how we could improve as a department and had the respect of everyone that worked with him. During this time Ryan was also the masters of ceremonies for two (2) key events; Athletics Banquet and Hall of Fame and Public Address Announcer for basketball, volleyball and soccer games. Ryan has a bright future ahead of him and will be a valuable asset to his future employer.

Interacted one-on-one with students in the JRN 512 - Reporting Sports for the Fall 2019 semester. This involved working with them to improve their writing and recognizing the trends sports media in heading towards. I helped the instructor with marking and delivered constructive criticism to make students better writers and reporters. Other courses I previously helped with at Ryerson include first year reporting (2015-16). Interacted one-on-one with students in the JRN 512 - Reporting Sports for the Fall 2019 semester.
