Ryan is one of those individuals that knows significantly more than he lets on. Yes, he is likely the most talented Unity developer I have ever worked with. Yes, he loves new technology and being the first person to figure out how it works so he can build a program that shows off what is special about that new piece of hardware. Yes, he has built the best VR experience that you’ve never seen or heard of (thanks NDA’s). But what sets Ryan apart is that he cares about the user experience for each of the apps he creates. He takes the time to put himself in the mindset of the user and figure out how they would react to each situation given. When something doesn’t look or feel quite right, even though it meets the clients needs, Ryan will go out of his way to figure out a better solution. His care for quality and the user experience has set our team apart from the competition. Any client lucky enough to partner with Ryan will discover a hard-working developer whose passion for creating a top-tier product will make you wonder why more developers don’t share this pursuit of perfection.

I worked with Ryan directly on many projects. Ryan is a very capable and creative programmer. His work ethic and troubleshooting skills are impressive. His ability to collaborate and develop to a variety of project needs has been essential to our team.
