      Ryan worked for Stanley for almost six years to the day on wastewater collection & conveyance projects. His experience on water/wastewater transmission/distribution and collection/conveyance projects included condition assessment, preliminary engineering reports and feasibility studies, replacement of existing facilities, design of new pipelines, and sewer/water pipe relining and rehabilitation. Ryan was certified in the NAASCO PACP, MACP and LACP pipeline assessment certification program in 2011.
