Ryan is an incredible leader, mentor, and teacher. He hired me for my first job in the travel industry, and taught me how to be a successful business development manager. He has mentored me through sales training, marketing, creative thinking, and entrepreneurship. Ryan always pushed me to think outside of the box, and supported creative ideas and projects and would assist with seeing them through. He is well respected in the tourism industry, and has clearly built great relationships with his clients in Canada as well as overseas. Ryan is a leader with a great balance of support, trust, and encouragement. He strives to see his peers succeed as he influences those around him. He was always responsive with his emails/calls and support, and to this day we continue to work with each other - in different respects. I still keep in touch with Ryan on an ongoing basis, as he is a great resource for me in my new position when I am seeking advice or faced with a problem. Ryan will continue to be a mentor for me in the business world - no matter where we end up.
