I had the absolute pleasure to work with Ryan on a stunning hotel and "passion project", Mai House Saigon. Ryan joined the project at a critical time to finalize designs of some key public spaces. It is never easy inheriting designs but Ryan took them and made them his own - he immersed himself wholeheartedly in the local culture for relevant inspiration and was incredibly motivated and hands-on. Ryan consulted deeply with both project and operations teams to understand what we needed functionally/conceptually, and adapt ideas/inspirations/limitations effectively. Ryan was well accepted by the Chairman and the Mai House team due to his passion, energy and commitment to realizing our collective vision in a responsible, realistic and timely manner. MONOGRAM at BBGM is a leader in Hotel and Resort Design. As Design Director I help lead a team of creatives dedicated to delivering designs that exceed the expectations of our clients. In my role I am involved in concept development, client presentations, business development and mentoring staff. I help guide the team to the best creative solution for each project. We are involved in all aspects of the design process from concept to construction. We work on all aspects of a hotel or resort project, from guestrooms to public areas, F+B outlets, meeting rooms and Spas. In the course of design on any given project we develop bespoke solutions to every design and craft stories rooting the project to its sense of place.

Worked as a Freelance Interior Design Consultant working with a variety of firms in the London Region on short term and long term contracts. Using my many years of experience in all phases of the design process I can bring my knowledge of the hospitality industry to assist firms with concepting, FF+E, site and mockup reviews as well as working with junior members on technical details to bring designs from concept to reality. I can assist in specific phases or take a project from start to finish depending on the project needs. I have worked with major hotels operators such as Hilton, Hyatt, Taj Hotels, IHG, Marriott and Starwood. I've also worked with smaller independent owners and operators on projects of various size. Regardless of the project I try to design each project to suit its location and design brief, to give each design it's own voice, a bespoke creation made just for that project.
