Additionally, I conduct analysis and reporting to ensure the intention of implemented legislation and its statutory requirements are being met.   As a former Field Organizer for the 2018 Campaign For Iowa, I successfully managed and oversaw operations in Clinton and Jackson Counties, recruiting and coordinating a team of 198 volunteers and collecting 951 absentee ballot requests. Despite the demanding nature of the job, with a minimum of 80-hour workweeks and no days off, the experience and connections gained were invaluable. Working alongside esteemed figures such as Jean Pardee, Democratic Chair of the 2nd Congressional District of Iowa, and Bill Jacobs, Clinton County Democratic Party Chair, has strengthened my skills and expertise in community organizing.
