To whom it may concern, I met Roy Parton about five years ago collaborating with him on a new product my company was developing for Roy’s company. Roy was excellent to work with as he was opened minded, optimistic, honest and stayed focused on the task at hand. Working with Roy was always a pleasure, even during tough times as we worked to address the product needs. Roy was exceptional to work with. He had great disposition and a welcoming presence. During the development phase of the work I did with Roy, he was always very organized and displayed true concern for accomplishing the end goal. The work required not only changes on my part, but also Roy’s. He was great at helping evaluate progress then working collaboratively with his associates and my team to make the new product work for both companies. Roy constantly kept us updated on progress and the need for altering the product where necessary. Roy handled difficult times and stress well and showed patience during tough times. Overall, Roy is a good problem solver, communicated well, and had great collaboration skills. Roy is a very capable person who would be an asset to any organization that he joins. I would highly recommend Roy without hesitation. Please contact me if you have any questions. I can be reached at phil.allen9739@gmail.com. Sincerely, Phil Allen
