Roy was excellent to work with as he was opened minded, optimistic, honest and stayed focused on the task at hand. During the development phase of the work I did with Roy, he was always very organized and displayed true concern for accomplishing the end goal. He was great at helping evaluate progress then working collaboratively with his associates and my team to make the new product work for both companies. Roy constantly kept us updated on progress and the need for altering the product where necessary. Roy handled difficult times and stress well and showed patience during tough times.
