I co-lead USAID/CARISCA's Access and Inclusion Component, focused on increasing the participation of women in supply chain education, supply chain practice, and Ghana’s supply chains (both formal and informal). I also work to demystify the black box of academic success by providing training, conversation, and support on all those "in-between" steps such as establishing a regular writing practice, crafting quality research questions, and creating protocols that lead into sections of manuscripts.
