  As of March, 2016, my official position is now Director of Training, but function in much of my past responsibilities as I train others who have been assigned management positions. As those responsibilities transition to those managers, I will devote my time to training videos and documentation for both employees and customers, while also researching, developing, and implementing new training resources.
