Other responsibilities are to oversee daily operations in the achievement of sales service and spare parts at the workshops and ships; Meet the man power needs on the work sites; Finding new projects to be developed by the company; Making sure “Customer relationship management” is running smoothly and in line with business “Standard operational procedures”; Ensuring full support in the service workshops facilities and onboard services; Building & Maintaining relationships with key account customers; Ensuring and assisting in the achievement of customer satisfaction from the services provided by the Service Teams; Follow up and check if customer complaints are resolved; Supports problem solving in the work sites; Provide support for personal and co-workers safety at the work sites.
