  Leading the company’s Technical department where the scope of work includes the design, estimation, take-off, purchasing and overall processing and documentation of all the files in accordance and parallel with the site projects erection requirements and baseline programs⦁ Currently the Company’s ISO Management Representative (MR)⦁ Manages the Company's Design, Estimation (Including project detailed breakdowns and quotation preparation) and purchase departments. (For Firefighting, Fire Alarm and other MEP work)⦁ Management of Fire Sprinkler design, Standpipe systems (Fire Hose reels), FM200 system, Foam system, Fire pump, Wet chemical system, Fire Extinguisher system and Passive Fire stop system.⦁ Management of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm system designs in coordination with the other project/building works system such as plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and ELV system.⦁ Tender Projects analysis and case study.⦁ Preparation of preliminary estimation, detailed project material and cost breakdown (Cost estimation), budget estimation and other related estimations.⦁ Project site visits, and attending Pre bid meetings.⦁ Project site meetings as per value engineering.⦁ Management of Purchase department as per enquiries and obtaining prices, price analysis and practical selection.⦁ Management of Bill of materials (Quantity take-off), and preparation of material technical submittals (with samples), method of statements and other project requirements in coordination with project managers and project consultants. (From opening to Handover of projects).⦁ Management/Coordination with Project managers of projects execution as per project plan/project baseline program.⦁ Preparation of work progress reports and coordinates with the project department for actual percentage work at site done for progressive Invoicing.⦁ Management of Project Handover requirements as per Civil Defense requirements.
