I am the Managing Director of a brand new top-tiered culinary college, The Institute of Culinary Excellence in Brisbane, Queensland. QTIC Skills Link Manager

QTIC Skills Link is an industry skills council for tourism and hospitality. I work with the tourism, hospitality and holiday park industry throughout Queensland to identify their current and future skills needs. I also create workforce development solutions targeted at all workers - from general managers through to front lines staff members.My achievements to date include the project management of the QTIC Training Express a mobile training facility (train) taken into 14 regions across Queensland and the sucessful negotiation and implementation of the Productivity Places Program worth $10M and Strategic Investment Fund worth $2M.
