I had the pleasure of working with Bob Trotta at the Manor Inn and Restaurant in South Portland Maine where he was the Food and Beverage Director. He oversaw one of the most well known and successful banquet facilities and Restaurants in not only the Portland Region but in the State of Maine. As the Banquet Manager, I worked hand in hand with Bob overseeing weddings, banquets and meetings. Bob was always professional and got the job done while being well liked and personable.
