After 3 successful years I was transferred to North Sydney, where I spent another 2 years recruiting permanent transactional and part-qualified accountants. On returning to the UK in 2006 I was given the opportunity to manage a start up office for Hays in Cornwall, whilst running my own desk recruiting for Accountants at all levels for both commerce and the public sector. Here I achieved consistent year-on-year growth despite the GFC in 2008. I left the UK at the end of 2009 to return to Australia.
