  I am one of three 3rd generation sons currently working at Sharp Systems. I started working for the company in my school holidays labouring and helping out. I immediately started my engineering apprenticeship after leaving school in 2011 where I attended college 1 day a week for 2.5 years whilst learning to weld and fabricate and passing City & Guilds. In the 10 years shopfloor experience I gained knowledge and experience installing & commissioning our in house manufactured equipment and machines such as processing lines, bespoke machinery, conveyors, elevators, vibratory conveyors and platforms.
