It doesn't matter who the person is, my intention wont change if its a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant or one of my staff. In recent years I have conducted just under 1000 property auctions and in July 2014 competed in New South Wales Auctioneers Championships, where I was a finalist in what was a highly contested event. This is an exciting business that is growing and that people want to be part of.

      I was responsible for leading the growth of the Harcourts network across New South Wales. During my time as CEO we experienced an increase of 75% in settled sales volumes across the State. We achieved this in a number of ways. Firstly the State Team provided exceptional value to our people. We did this by bringing hands on experience and expertise into each office. Through the training and development of our people we had doubled our auction listings in a period of 12 months, which assisted in strengthening the brand and delivering exceptional service to all of our clients. We also had great success in the recruitment of new offices, which saw our footprint expand into some key New South Wales Markets.
