Rob is one of my favourite people! He made working at UEA Students' Union that much more fun and friendly. Not just personally but also structurally and operationally. Rob's people-focused nature means that he was able to bring teams together and championed collaborative working and learning. This was particularly evident in multi-departmental projects and HR policy development. Also - his cakes are more than decent!

I work with small and medium sized business in Norwich and the wider UK to provide consultancy primarily related to Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and also within Human Resources. It's important to note these are very different fields, but I have experience as a practitioner in both! I love working with people getting started with discussions around EEDI and how to embed just processes in their work, and supporting organisations getting a solid foundation to their operation.
