Rick was an excellent employee for Trans-System Inc. He was dedicated to the company success in multiple ways. He was a shift supervisor with excellent leadership and communication skills, metal fabricator for various specialty items, and technical adviser to mechanic under his supervision and kept the Parts Manager informed by e-mail and verbally of parts needed and used during his shift. Ricks attention to detail made him a great asset to the company.
