  Currently I am managing the busiest site across the City of Salford under the Salford Community Leisure banner. It has the biggest swimming lesson programme in the city with over 1,400 children passing through the doors for swimming lessons each week. We now have over 2,700 active members (my remit on starting was to try and keep us at the 1,400 we had) along with a diverse group exercise programme.
