Leading a task force team to kick off the project of building the new ERP of Victor Buck Services. The goals were designing the ERP solution within the company's software echo system. Reliability had a big importance (otherwise production lines would suffer from software problems). The solution was built based on modern Microservices architecture, to answer to the different constraints and also to ease the handover of the solution to intern teams. The role of the members of the Transverse / Architects team is to monitor the objectives of the Road Map of global technological changes within the Bourse De Luxembourg group. We must therefore seek the solutions and technologies most suited to our IS, improve and correct our internal libraries, and then standardize the way of using these solutions by supporting the project teams in their integrations . Among these transformation projects I will mention: - FIRST / E-Listing project: Creation of a WebService interface platform as an intermediary between the new portal of the Stock Exchange and its ESB chain. The major changes in this ESB chain were also my responsibility. - GED Migration Project (Documuntum-> MongoDB GridFS): * Migrate GED ESB services Spring MicroServices. * Use of Camunda to manage sequential tasks. * Dockerization of MicroServices in order to prepare them for the move to the Cloud. * Preparation of tools to migrate old Documents to the new GED. * Preparation for Delivery as well as potential RollBack. Technical environment: Java / Spring, MsSql, MongoDB, Unix, Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Sonic ESB, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence. Show less
