Ray was the first manager I ever had in a sales role and I feel he is largely responsible for a lot of the success I have had. His door was always open and he was always willing to give pointers and feedback. He was well respected amongst us all as well as the representatives. While managing the branch we were consistently the best or amongst the best in the country.
