Mansa is a fintech building a financial lending platform designed for the entire SMEs and freelance economy with fair pricing and great user experience. The company recently raised a €18m round including debt to fuel their loans ; this fundraising was led by Anthemis Group. In the past 12 months Mansa processed 1.5M+ in loan volume (near 1.5% default, majority being recovered) and signed funding partnership with 3 different banks (Travelex, Société Générale and Solaris Bank). Sales/ops day-to-day tasks with the use of a CRM (hubspot) - growth MoM near 30%. Customer care with thousands of calls handled my myself so as to help our customers navigating through our product while insuring a high NPS. Product feedback: thanks to my customer care verticale I was able to make tons of feedback using Notion/Jira to the engineer team so as to reshape the product in a better way. Helped to the construction of an automatic reporting using Google data studio mainly fuelled by our CRM & backoffice datas. This reporting was the first step of a data warehouse project actively working. I was involved in sales process with partners which distribute our loans (brokers, others companies, accountants, etc). V+ is the global partnership & investment initiative of Verrency. As an intern analyst, I realised the mapping of the most interesting potential partners in Europe, Latin America, and Singapore. I also assessed the impact of the arriving of open banking on the business.
