I have had the privilege of working for Raul in the IPT group. He took on the group when it was struggling with its brand image and overall productivity. He was instrumental in its transformation by providing structure, vision and purpose. He leveraged his analytical abilities to change the groups approach on project management and reporting. He was successful in growing the group from 10 employees to over 30 employees in less than two years by expanding the group’s role in many other cross functional business areas. During this time he built strong relationships with his team as well as helped the team develop strong interpersonal relationships. I saw him develop his influencing skills as both a leader and a manager and also teaching its importance to his team. Overall Raul is an effective leader who blends vision with knowledge, empathy and dedication and action.
