  Randall Calvert joined TSB Realty in April of 2014. Mr. Calvert is responsible for all phases of valuation and disposition of investment grade real estate assets including student housing and conventional multifamily. Since January of 2015 the firm has closed investment sales transactions exceeding $6.5 Billion. Prior to joining TSB Realty in 2014, Mr. Calvert was Vice President for GMH Capital Partners’ Investment Services Division. Mr. Calvert assumed this role in March of 2005 and was responsible for $630 million in closed investment sales transactions in 17 states. During his previous role as Investment Analyst, Mr. Calvert underwrote over $4 billion in commercial real estate. During Mr. Calvert’s tenure at GMH Capital Partners, the Investment Services Division was responsible for over $2.9 billion of transactions representing over 30,000 multifamily/student housing units and 18.8 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space. These transactions included 53 student housing deals totaling over 12,500 units and $781 million.
