• Interaction with merchants and QC persons for daily update planning and inspections from Buying House like GAP, Triburg, Colby, H&M and OTTO for product - Sweaters. • Designed complete plant layout considering all method/operation flow of garment engineering according to international standard. • Line balancing of all the process stations by integrating sequence to optimize the qualitative output in the specified time frame to meet out customer commitment. • Identification and Analysis of the technical issues and gaps during production and make the issue meeting to sort out at different stages to get the final quality product. • Done production costing and handles all contractual costing for all processes of styles before start bulk. • Done SAP PPC training to implement the optimum production strategies at floor to control the break downs and wastage of material and accessories at assembly level.  Defining storage locations according to the customer requirements. • Initiated Planning and Industrial Engineering department with motivation of GAP Inc merchandizing head. Increased the work efficiency 10% more with decreasing production cost up to 15%. • Upgraded existing system to get the transparent and quick update reports and to get the updated inventory records. Achievement: • Promoted as a Manager (PP & IE) from Knitting (Trainee) with in the span of two and half years. Achieved consistent performance in all areas like Knitting (computer and hand flats), assembly and finishing & packing.
