  I was a Youth Ambassador for Development (AYAD) through the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT) for Bali Dog Adoption and Rehabilitation Centre (BARC) in Ubud, Bali.I managed all public relations affairs and produced all content for the organisation. I produced and implemented a six-month strategic public relations strategy, gained BARC public relations exposure in the Indonesian media, as well as the Australian media. I wrote various media releases and articles, as well as collated, produced and distributed a monthly BARC e-newsletter. I implemented media lists on a local, national and international level and liaised with designers to work on new BARC merchandise. I managed all BARC social media accounts, organised events, attended networking events, strengthened communication with the BARC's stakeholders and trained an Indonesian counterpart in public relations. I also set-up and implemented BARC's education program and have sourced celebrity BARC ambassadors.

As part of my time at The Canberra Times, I was appointed Editor of the See Canberra magazine - a Canberra based tourism magazine. As Editor, I chose stories, delegated content, oversaw and managed a small team of writers, wrote the hero feature stories as well as others for the magazine and oversaw the general production of the product.
