Radu was the first software engineer I hired while building Adlogica.com's software team in Romania (Cluj-Napoca). His impact to the team, product, business was an awesome one. He achieved a smooth transition of some software components from remote contractors in India, took care of automating many team internal flows, got involved in hiring and covering technical interviews, always challenging the status quo of various technical approaches, coming up with healthy solutions that were easily understood and approved by his peers. He truly owned and cared about our product - whenever needed, he stepped in to take care of various production improvements / fixes / post-mortems.
