The audit examines all policies and procedures for the organisation, the recruitment procedures, Safeguarding Procedures and partnerships with other organisations.• Development of new provisions, accessing any start-up funding and writing bids and ensuring Ofsted registration is in place, writing tenders etc. • Out of 50 provisions we held 3 at ‘outstanding’ Grades with Ofsted the national statistic for Out of school clubs gaining outstanding is only 1% several of our provisions have ‘good’ with elements of Outstanding practice.• I am responsible for the HR Business Partner, Finance Officer, Training Manager and Customers service Manager, and Area Managers.
