• Devised marketing strategies for the annual UKEC-GRADUAN Malaysian career fair which resulted ina 10% increase in sign-up rates• Assisted in curating the idea of a shark tank pitch session and moderated it during the Corporate Luncheon. The satisfaction rate by the company's C-suites towards the session is 80%, and around 30% of students landed graduate or internship offers. • Moderated panel sessions with C-suites executives regarding the corporate culture in their companies and the company's recruiting strategies which received a viewership of more than 200 participants. • Assisted with the communication between the Career Fair team and Corporate Luncheon team, allowing a smooth exchange of opinions and ideas, which led to a 20% increase in efficiency.
