      When I was deployed to Chikomba and District there was no Cash for Cereals program and I advocated for it in the district. I capacitated the resilience of the local communities against food shortages and droughts I created community food security monitoring teams to give regular and up to date information on food security situations in their areas I calculated the amount of food and cash required for each Food Distribution Point per month. I supervised the day to day work of the field staff and conducted performance appraisals and mentorship I was the liaison focal point person with local government, rural district council authorities, traditional leaders and community at large.
