Inspect the incoming raw material based on the COA and ensure the quality requirements are met. Hold the product if any issue arises and inform client Review the batch sheet from the client and based on the formulation, make a trial. Thus ensure the QC requirements are matching. Authorized to instruct for offloading of finished product after the production. Support the supervisor by providing technical information. Preparing/Reviewing of MSDS of the raw material and finished products before moving to task (Blending/Decanting) Advise the store keeper to keep the raw material/finished product based on compatibility chart. Visit the facility in regular intervals and ensure that the operation is going smooth. Provide Toolbox to the operators in the plant and in warehouse First contact for ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 standards Ensure that operators are strictly following PPE’s Encourage all employees to report any unsafe conditions and or to stop the work immediately. Train the employees based on their job nature and also induct 3rd party operators when there is any maintenance Perform monthly safety audit and also supplier audit based on review Preparing monthly EHSQ statistics and sharing to top management.
