They cater mostly to the technology/software sector.Responsibilities:• Involved in creating and managing a candidate network and queue with a wide variety of IT skills.• Expertise in providing full life-cycle recruitment for Technical and Non-Technical roles.• Day to day activities starting from intake/strategy call with hiring managers• Recruited and hired candidates (like Citizen, GC, EADs, H1b, etc.) for Contractual (W2/ C2C), Permanent/ FTE (Full Time Employment) & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.• Proficient in working with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) i.e. Job diva OR Bullhorn for recruiting activities like sourcing, email merge, notes, submittals, scheduling interviews, job creation, etc.• Used various job boards (Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, and Career Builder), professional networking sites (LinkedIn), company profiling/mapping, blogging, and other media resources to source candidates and developed new recruiting strategies as needed.• Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates resulting in a steady flow of prospective hires.• Timely communication with candidates regarding their availability for contract, rate/salary negotiation, relocation, etc• Interview, assess and evaluate applicants to determine their qualifications and appropriate match with client needs.• Pre-screen prospective candidates, negotiate and finalize salaries/rates for both contractors and permanent hires and extended job offers.
