  In January 2019 I accepted a new internal position at Ultra on an aviation project in partnership with Parker Hannafin. This has involved programming, setting, and running two new DMG Mori CTX beta 2000 lathes using the CELOS software & programming package. Other duties have involved training existing staff to operate the new machines, using the CMM machine, and working closely with management to advise of any problems. Currently learning a Doosan Lynx with live tooling and twin spindle chuck to create components In one hit reducing the need for 2nd ops. Quoting and advising on specific tooling for new jobs is also carried out by myself on a daily basis .
