I have known Pete for over 11 years as he was Helpdesk Manager, and then Service Desk Manager at Holman Fenwick Willan LLP whist I was the Network/IT Manager. Pete was responsible for implementing the processes and procedures to an ITIL standard throughout his time on the Service Desk, he is always friendly and is a customer focused manager. He is an excellent mentor to the staff working for him and around him. He has been able to steer the team through many challenges since he has been in the role and has been very effective in dealing with all layers of management.
