Initially hired to work as an HR Specialist for GoFasti. My role in the company evolved from someone who works on the end-to-end recruiting process, and helped to build and improve the company processes to the person responsible for managing the recruiting team and processes.My responsibilities as a CHO include measuring happiness level across the workplace and initiating programs to value our team members, making sure basic principles are met.All the other responsibilities that come with an HR management position are aligned with our goal to have a happy, healthy work environment, in which everyone can feel safe, welcomed, motivated, and have freedom to work to the best of their own abilities.
