Penny is an amazing listener - she listens deeply, focused and attentively, taking in all of me as a person which is really powerful in coaching. I felt very supported and importantly left our sessions energised, curious about what new approaches I could take to my perceived problems, realising that a lot of the barriers I have are only in my mind! Penny was attentive to my needs and wishes and very flexible in her approach, we even used skype for coaching and it worked really well.

Penny is a great facilitator and her facilitation expertise is complimented by her subject matter expertise, for a brief with a sustainability angle. Penny quickly grasps the intentions and requirements of a facilitation brief and structures the working session accordingly. Her relaxed, yet structured, approach to the opening of a working session creates engagement and a sense of both personal responsibility and team from the outset. Her professional approach throughout, and the tools and techniques she brings as facilitator, ensure an effective and productive session, that stays on track (time and topic) and delivers to the agreed objectives. She ensures output is captured throughout and actions are agreed before the end of a session. Thanks Penny!
