      During a four month period from June 2019 until October 2019, acted as the Interim CFO of a $23 million plastic lumber manufacturer which included the transitioning of duties from the prior CFO to the hiring and training of the new CFO. After returning, assisted in the sale of the Company guiding the financial portion of due diligence and Quality of Earnings audit prior to the closing of the transaction. Subsequent to close, the finance team has worked towards the integration of Bedford with the acquiring company.       Recruited to join this newly formed $30 million subsidiary of Graseby plc, a British company that had just purchased the Infusion Therapy Division of 3M. The acquired business was a medical device manufacturer of volumetric infusion pumps and related disposable products. Directed all financial reporting, cash management, human resource and MIS operations of the firm. In the first 30 days, led the replacement of the 3M fringe benefit programs, which included the negotiation and implementation of a new 401(k) plan, health insurance program, medical reimbursement and disability plans. In April 1997, appointed Interim CEO, in addition to duties as CFO. Provided stability and leadership through the sometimes-tumultuous transition from the 3M to Graseby culture. After appointment, lead the senior management team in developing a 3-year Graseby Medical Global Strategic Plan. Graseby plc was bought out and merged with another medical device company which caused the elimination of the CFO position.
