During my time with El-Seif Engineering I worked on some Mega Projects that have included the construction of the First ever female University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This Mega project had a combined value of $34 billion dollars and was completed in 24 months.I also work on the construction of a large scale High Speed Railway Station (SAR1.75 Billion) as part of a major new network that links the West of Saudi Arabia with the Holy City of Mecca and is the first project of its type in the Kingdom. My Role here was the construction of the Main Station Concourse which is constructed in a high class Specialised “ white cement off shutter” concrete to the main station building including the installation of 8120m2 of curved precast slabs (white concrete). Casting of curved Primary & Secondary Beams in White off shutter concrete 2500m3 with an Architectural finish. The architectural finish did not allow for any making good of the concrete. Also within my scope was the construction of the north platforms & station mosque with an accompanying 37m high minaret.I also managed the 3 main Sub-Contractor packages for the installation of the Steel Structure for the roofing system, the internal & external facade erection for the main station & the installation of the GRP roofing system with its 15km of an integrated bracketing system.
