The "Tubombele Pamo" Project funded by the Christian Blind Mission (CBM) created a network among 7 Organisations for better service delivery to Persons with Disabilities in Ndola. The projects were run with the Zambia Agency for Persons with Disabilities.• Rolled out the guidelines on preparing youths to leave care & also led the Child Reintegration Project that reintegrated 80 children back into their families in Solwezi.

      ▪ Coordinated the outreach programme and guided the seven staff under my supervision. ▪ Prevented family separation for over 500 children through child abandonment by empowering their communities.
