Paul is a professionally qualified trust estate practitioner. He provides an empathetic approach to supporting clients and their families in this area. Much of this results from his own family's experiences in elderly care, incapacity, protection of assets and tax. He supports a number of discerning referrers and their clients who benefit from his experience in this specific area. Paul uses Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney to achieve asset protection for his clients during their lifetime. This allows them to maintain the use of their assets whilst, at the same time, protecting themselves from third parties. Who are the third parties?
