  • I co-developed an end-to-end monitoring and evaluation model for agricultural cultivation in Nigeria. The model has so far been successfully deployed on private anchors projects, increasing farm productivity from 30% to 95% at the end of harvest i.e from 0.5MT to 4.5MT per ha.   I designed data collection process using variety of tools to reduce manual methods to almost 10% within operations and improve productivity across organizations department by deploying technological innovations (automation) that includes an effective working map with people and processes within the Market Research and Agribusiness ecosystem.
